The RAM mount used by Gun Grabber Products Inc. has a Limited Life Time warranty. If you purchased our Glass Mount Tractor Gun Rack over a YEAR ago please go to RAM Mount warranty page here to submit your claim. Or if you don’t want to go through the hassle purchase a replacement from us.

If it’s been less than a year and your RAM Mount is not properly working please contact us at webster_tim@hotmail.comr with your claim. We will need your order number to process your claim. Once verified we will ship out a replacement RAM Mount at no charge. Please not any Amazon order you will have to send us your mailing address. We can not access this information through Amazon.
